Closets…Day 2

The crew from Storganize was back today installing closet organizers at the “L” Shaped House. The first two photos show the closet system installed in Deb’s walk-in closet off the master bedroom. This is easily the most elaborate organizer in the house and had to be “squeezed” into the far reaches of the space.

Mike Anderson’s drawing from the original quote is shown below. As you can see the perspective view sketches Mike includes in his quotes really helped as we visualized the space earlier in the process.

The last two images show the laundry room closet on the first floor both as a photo taken today and as the sketch Mike provided in his quote. Once again the perspective view drawing is really helpful.

Nice work!

Closets…Day 1

Our friends at Storganize spent their first day installing closet organizers at the “L” Shaped House today. Deb and I met with Mike Anderson earlier this year to talk about how to organize some of the many closet spaces in the house and came away feeling that his careful approach to organization and attention to our needs was just what we needed. The photo below shows the two closet spaces in Sam’s room after Mike’s crew finished installing the organizers. Sam will have all shelves in the left hand closet and a combination of shelving and hanging space on the right.

Mike lays out all of the spaces Storganize is going to work in using Google Sketch-Up and provides these very nice perspective drawings with the quote.
