Paul has been busy working on getting the “L” Shaped House ready for sheet rocking as well as bringing the mechanical systems on line. The first photo below shows his efforts to bring heat to the whole house with a system that might well make Rube Goldberg proud!
BTW…It works great!
The second photo shows the additional spray-on insulation Paul had applied to the ceiling of the mudroom at the garage wall. He realized that this area of the ceiling could be exposed to cold temps at the bonus room floor and is making sure that the “L” Shaped House is built right.
