Matt has been busy working on the ceramic tile floors in the upstairs of the “L” Shaped House. The first photo shows the kids bathroom with the some of the floor tiles laid in place. The patterned tiles look really nice especially set off from the green accent tiles in the tub surround. The next photo shows the upstairs laundry room with the Durock cement board in place on the floor. A PVC liner will be installed in the back corner to accommodate an “emergency” drain under the washer.
The last photo shows the ceramic tile for the first floor mudroom, breezeway, laundry, and bathroom warehoused along the back wall of the mudroom. Matt has his work cut out for him in the this big area above the crawl space.
