The JLM landscaping crew showed up at the “L” Shaped House this morning to go to work on the final grading and landscaping plan. The plan is to remove the old driveway first to facilitate re-using the gravel base as the new driveway is installed. The asphalt surface of the old driveway is carried away to be ground up and recycled by one of the asphalt suppliers. Jay and his crew got most of the old driveway removed but it was still too wet to start cutting in the new base on the other side of the front yard.
